First State Superannuation Scheme First State Super was established in 1992 as a not for profit super fund. Initially our members were NSW public sector employees and their spouses. As of 1 May 2006, First State Super is open to all members of the community who are eligible to become members of a superannuation fund. FSS Trustee Corporation ACN 118 202 672, AFSL 293340, is the Trustee of the First State Superannuation Scheme ABN 53 226 460 365 and holds in trust all of the assets of the Fund.
